Proper bathing is much needed for a beautiful body otherwise beauty is unfinished. A daily bath is positively necessary for personal hygiene.

A bath also helps to furbish and invigorate and yet, relieves tension and removes fatique. Bathing is the only thing which one does to beautify the whole body. Its just not a subroutine of the day but has become a luxury too. The daily bath can be used to supersede body oils and keep the skin soft and smooth.

Today people besiege an equal amount and time in getting a bathroom done as they do for the other parts of the house. There are some fundamentals for the perfect bath and bathroom, which have not altered however the time has changed.

Super Simple Basic bath salts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Epsom Salt.
  • 1 cup Baking Soda.
  • 4 drops Food Coloring.
  • Approximately 8 drops of fragrance oil.
  • 1/2 tsp. of glycerin for moisturizing.

Some Homemade Body Scrubbers

  • Apply a paste of sandalwood powder all over your body in summers to prevent the heat infections on the skin, to snuff good and control oil on the skin.
  • If you get warmth boils on your body in summers, include a mug of boiled neem leave’s water in your bathing water regularly to get rid of them.
  • Soak rice during the night in milk. Grind them in a mixture and make a paste, scour it off on all over the body. This scrubber removes the black and white heads from your body and makes it level.
