How to Cure Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown toenails is a condition in which your skin surrounding the affected area turns red and swollen and it causes itching and discomfort as well.   • isopropyl alcohol,
  • adhesive bandages,
  • antibiotic cream,
  • cotton balls and swabs,
  • cuticle cream,
  • exfoliating cleanser,
  • gauze pads of paper,
  • nail brushes,
  • nail buffers,
  • nail cleaner,
  • nail clippers,
  • nail files and toe separators.

Methods to Cure Ingrown Toenails

  • Take the instruments and wipe them with alcohol. Make sure that you clean undersides of nail clippers as they would touch your skin. Now take 2 caps- full of betadine solution with half gallon warm water and soap your feet inside it for 10 minutes.
  • After this, dry the foot and insert the nail clippers under the borders of nail. Carefully clip out the ingrown toenail and make sure you don’t cut your skin while doing so. Keep the bottom of clipper close to the bottom of nail’s plate and gently pull of through the corner.
  • Now wipe the area with betadine soaked cotton swab. Soak the toe everyday in betadine sol for three days till the swelling is gone. Then dry it and apply bandage with some antibiotic cream.
  • Also, insert cotton’s silver between the skin and nails for several days to keep the pressure off toe. Remove this when the nails begins to grow and reach the toe. So this was all that you can do to cure ingrown toenails.
